We have been very pleased with the EZ
Breathe unit and our basement air
quality since installation. The
intensive basement mold/mildew cleanup
performed by Adam Industrial technicians
made an immediate improvement in the
odor level, and that "breathe easy"
difference has continued ever since the
unit was operational. Incidentally, we
have also seen an decrease in our
overall energy useage since the
dehumidifier has been removed. We would

I wanted to take a minute to let you
know how much I appreciate all you did
to assist with our mold remediation this
summer. As you know this was a very
stressful time for us as we attempted to
prepare our building for the start of a
new school year in a very short amount
of time. Your realistic approach to the
time line and energetic employees made
the process painless.
It really put my mind at ease to speak
to you daily and to know exactly what
was done each day and where we were
headed the following day. I also was
impressed with the fact that you
provided me with your cell phone number
and were available to speak to me at any
time of day, including weekends. I can't

professional way in which you handled a
situation which was overwhelming to us.
The actual work that was done was
amazing. The mold was removed, the walls
were replaced and the area was painted

Labor Day weekend your employees

so we could open our school on time.

I am pleased to supply you with this
letter of recommendation. It is the
least that I can do. Few and far between
are the organizations, which individuals
such as me, can count on under any
circumstances. I would hold you and your
team in that elite group.
As you may well remember, my time of
need occurred on Super Bowl Sunday at or
about the time of kick-off. At that
time, I received a phone call from mt
alarm monitoring company and then a
flurry of calls from site staff, and
tenants. The setting was a class A
office building in Mt. Laurel, New
Jersey that I was managing. It was some
hour and a half drive time from my home.
The reason for the alarms and phone
calls was that a fire suppression
sprinkler pipe had failed.
Your response was immediate and
gracious. You were able to muster up
your resources and respond in less time
than it took me to make the drive to the
building. While my site staff and
emergency responders had stemmed the
flow, the remediation of the damage was
well beyond their interest and
capabilities. Your professional actions
were without hesitation, you were
clearly prepared for such an occurrence.
You accomplished the necessary tasks to
make sure that the tenant's staff was
able to to directly to work the next
morning. The follow up service that you
provided was able to mitigate any
liability exposure to the Landlord. The
site was ultimately clean and dry. You
brought the equipment and treatments
necessary to mitigate and reverse the
water damage and the follow up service
assured there was no mildew growth. The
service was thorough and worked within
the restrictions that the tenant
imposed.
This is just the sort of working
response that makes me look good to my
clients and tenants. For that I will be
forever grateful.
