All hot cooking equipment such as ranges and fryers will be taken apart and degreased;

  •All equipment will be re-assembled upon completion
  •Preparation areas and table surfaces will be thoroughly degreased with attention paid to underside and lips; Detachable parts will be removed by hand and thoroughly cleaned to remove all foreign particles
  •Other common kitchen components such as steam tables, hoods, dishwashers, refrigerators and sink units will be thoroughly cleaned externally
  •Walk in storage units, if any, can also be addressed, particularly walls, shelving and the like
  •Floor drain covers will be removed to expose and clean away embedded debris
  •Floor surfaces throughout are aggressively scrubbed followed by an intensive cleansing delivered by a hot water extraction unit
  •The application of sanitizing products on food contact surfaces will help to ensure food safety.
  •Material Safety Data Sheets will be available on site for all detergents used.
